If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from PLUIE, we are happy to accept a return within 30 days of the date of purchase. 
* pierced jewelry is non-refundable.
 Please follow the below steps for returns.
1. Attach the return label to the outside of the package and secure package for mailing.
 
2. Drop off package at your nearest USPS Store, 
 
3.Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned. All merchandise must be in the same condition it was received.
