All orders typically ship out within 1 - 5 business days. We don't guarantee express shipping services for late shipments and we ask that our customers give us enough advance notice to ship UPS or DHL in order to meet hard deadlines.

All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Packages do not ship from our distribution center on the following holidays.

All items are inspected and carefully hand-packed before dispatching.
As with standard courier practice, you should check the contents of the parcel before signing for your goods, especially if the parcel has been opened (for example, by Customs).
If you do not, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may have occurred in transit.
If customer declines this arrangement then they are entitled to a merchandise refund only and shipping charges associated with that order would not be refunded.
Changing label name and address after purchase :
We are unable to change name or address once a shipping label is created or the package(s) is handed to carrier. We will not be able to change any kind of informations such as a consignee name, address, and phone number so please make sure your information is correct at the time you purchased.
Missing package :
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it, please contact to carrier ;UPS for domestic customers and DHL for international customers, and e-mail us your claim number they give you. We will contact them with it and track your package.
We will refund to an original payment method once we confirm that the carrier finished investigating your merchandise has been lost by them.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 30 calendar days of receipt for a refund to your original method of payment with subject to $6 restocking fee.
Please note that original shipping charges are non–refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition with the original packaging with postcard.
The following exceptions should be noted:
- Pierced earrings are non-refundable for reasons of hygiene and safety.
- Items purchased from other retail partners are not eligible for returns.
Orders may be returned to Pluie using any method of your choice, at your expense. Please ask return address to following E-mail address. Please inform tracking Numbers and insured service, as Pluie is not responsible for items lost in transit.

All claims for orders that may be missing merchandise must be made within 10 days of purchase in order for it to be honored.
Order cancellation requests: All order request for cancellation must be made prior to the order shipping out or buyer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns, interceptions, or refusals.
All cancellations must be made in writing via email in advance of shipment.
